I've always been a storyteller. Before I could hold a pen, I was spinning tales for my mom, grandmother, and sister. They were mostly about talking animals and princesses. I've grown a bit since then (mostly).
I wrote my first completed book when I was thirteen. It was a whopping 104,000 word fantasy novel. (Trust me, I still don't know how I did that.) Though this book was a mashup of my favorite reads and will NEVER see the light of day, it made me fall in love with words. I was blown away by how books can grip hearts, change lives, and provide hope.
Since I was bit by the imagination bug, it's been my mission to write stories that make you laugh, cry, smile, and stay up past your bedtime. I'm also passionate about YOUR projects, whether its writing or something else. I believe that everyone is gifted by God with creativity. Your work can bring joy, healing, purpose into your own life and others around you.
And so, I decided to document the messy but ridiculously fun process of what it looks like to be an author to inspire and motivate your own journey.

So, have you published anything yet?
Hehehe, about that... Just kidding. I'm actually editing a book right now (shhhhh, it's a secret). I love this book with all my heart and could yap about it all day. Anyways, I'm currently trying to find a literary agent as I dive into traditional publishing. If you want to watch this crazy journey, then check out my YouTube channel (it's quite the whirlwind).

What do you do full time?
College, darling, college. 😉 (I also edit so if you want to take your writing to the next level LET ME KNOW).
What is your favorite book?
Ahhhhhh, don't make me choose. There are SO many books that have literally turned my world upside down. Pride and Prejudice, Little Women, Jane Eyre, The Hunger Games, Keeper of the Lost Cities, The Lunar Chronicles, Sherlock Holmes... shall I continue?
What are your favorite movies?
Pride & Prejudice (any version but the 2005 one has a special place in my heart. Don't come for me BBC fans.) Cinderella, the live action. Princess Diaries 2, Tangled, The Hunger Games movies, Little Women. This list also goes on and on and on.
Favorite drink?
Coffee. Full stop.
